Right now Ignite Bingo supports one of the UK’s top free-play online bingo websites, Costa Bingo. The word is that now they will also be taking over the marketing division at 888 Holdings. At the moment it is not clear if the current promotional team “Uffiliates” who are based in Israel will be relinquishing their post entirely. If they do the current affiliates for 888 Holdings could be left in the lurch: Affiliates are the people who generate leads from other websites – So the current affiliates who have been marketing for 888 Holdings through ‘Uffiliates’ will find themselves disconnected and it may be that they are no longer required or will not be offered the same rewards for their efforts. A lot will depend upon the new strategies Ignite Bingo put in place.
888 Holdings is one of the few bingo operators who are debt free and so are in a strong position to acquire more companies. Only weeks ago Gigi Levy indicated that 888 Holdings were already in the advanced stages of gaining a “small acquisition” – Although at the time there was no indication of who that “small acquisition” would be…until now. Levy also indicated that 888 Holdings were working through preliminary negotiations with a much larger company also: It will be interesting to see exactly whom that company is. No doubt, once the dust has settled concerning the merge with Ignite Bingo 888 Holdings will be rapidly moving onto the next! They have certainly been moving onwards and upwards at speed over the last six months.
It is anticipated that this new joint venture will boost both Costa Bingo as well as the 888 bingo brands.
