It seems that online bingo is definitely changing with the seasons. After a winter of hibernation and consolidation with a series of big industry deals, we saw Spring 2010 bring a whole crop of new online bingo sites as if it were lambing season. As big fans of the free bingo king, we always thought Cheeky Bingo could do with a little more looks wise – not that we judge a book by it’s cover, but the site was a little minimal. And with so many other bingo sites boasting such user friendly features, we are glad Cheeky Bingo can join the grand group of sites that “feature stuff that makes your life easier”. Yup, you can now plan your day the Cheeky Bingo way easier than ever, and keep right up to date with the latest goings on and free bingo madness – perfect!
And then PartyBingo have undergone a bit of cosmetic surgery, with the transformation resulting in a PartyBingo that really is easy on the eye. It’s leaner and meaner and better than ever, with the homepage getting a well deserved lick of online bingo paint and again, boasting far more in the way of user friendly features. Step onto PartyBingo and you can now keep up to date on the latest games, promos and winners – all on the homepage.
Now obviously, we are not just superficial fans here – we appreciate the efforts of both for updating the website to not only look better, but run better as well. And whilst a well timed and much needed site makeover can do wonders for raising our estimation of an online bingo site, it’s important to remember that a bingo site should be about substance as well as style. But as the online bingo world swells, it’s interesting to see just how important first impressions can be. As online bingo fans become ever more demanding, it seems online bingo operators have their work cut out for them, with an online bingo site now having to balance brains alongside beauty. No one said it’d be easy eh?! And thankfully for Cheeky Bingo and PartyBingo, it seems that their makeovers have not sacrificed any of the existing bingo fun, with both still chock full of great games as well good looks!
