Love Bingo is one of those mid-level bingo sites that we can’t quite make our minds up on to be honest. On one hand, there’s plenty of choice and variety. But at the same time, we can’t help feeling that there’s something missing from Love Bingo.
The St.Minver linked platform is a nice alternative to the huge array of GlobalCom sites out there, which seem to offer very little in the way of variation (unless they are standalone). So an initial full points to Love Bingo for having something a little bit different. The games and rooms are shared between other St.Minver sites, which means that there are a few more players lurking about than if Love Bingo were a standalone site.
The good side of this is that prize pots are often bigger, with Love Bingo definitely benefitting cashwise from sharing their pools. The downside in our view is that the rooms are sometimes a little dead from a chat perspective – having a huge number of roomies can sometimes make it hard to find new friends, particularly when they come and go a lot quicker.
But that said, the CM’s and the site itself does try it’s hardest to instil a bit of community feeling into Love Bingo, with plenty of winners stories and what not. And not everyone is bothered about these things to be fair. Bingo wise, Love Bingo certainly delivers, with plenty of options in both 75-ball and 90-ball bingo games. Jackpots vary, with a great combination of guaranteed pots and some big money progressives – the Giant Jackpot is a definite winner, with the prize pot growing to some £100k at times.
There’s also prize bingo games, bargain bingo games and even some live bingo games, which are great fun for roomies who fancy a bit of a human touch to their online bingo experience. Other upsides include a great no deposit trial bonus, with Love Bingo giving you £1 free no deposit required.
We’d like to see more free bingo at Love Bingo, and although there is a VIP scheme, we’d like to see a loyalty scheme for regular players (especially as the scheme is invite only). But it’s not all bad news – we just find Love Bingo a little bit of a mixed bag.
